Can I upload my own wallpapers?
Yes. You can upload wallpapers directly in the app.
Wallper lets you upload your own videos directly from the app. When submitting to the community library, you can add your name or a source. All submissions go through manual review for content, quality, and playback before being published.
You can also upload videos from the “My Media” section for personal use. These are available instantly and are not uploaded to the public library.
