What Video Format a Mac Lock Screen Wallpaper Needs

So the shortcut is gone. Every video now gets prepared properly, whatever it started as, which takes a moment longer the first time and works every time. Given the choice between fast and reliable, a wallpaper that sometimes is not there is not a real option.
Only the First Time

If a Lock Screen Wallpaper Still Does Not Appear
